The Maltipoo is a popular dog that is crossed between the Maltese and Poodle. They’re known for their fun loving and affectionate nature. These dogs will make great pets for any size home. These dogs are easy to train and learn very quickly. They are active and energetic and require daily exercise such as a good walk, romp in the yard, or a game of fetch. Maltipoos are considered hypoallergenic dogs, so they can be a good pet for allergy sufferers, but keep in mind no dog is truly hypoallergenic.
Maltipoos require daily brushing and monthly baths to keep their soft medium wavy or curly coat clean. Thanks to their diverse parent breeds, a Maltipoo can be a just about any color, but their most commonly white and cream. However, they can also be bicolor or tricolor, or have a marbled coat. Other colors include black, gray, red, blue, fawn, brown, chocolate, liver, gold, and yellow.
