Description
The CockaPoo is perhaps the first of the “designer dogs, dating back to the 1960s, rather than just a few years ago. Breeders combined the Cocker Spaniel and Poodle to make the CockaPoo. This intelligent hybrid dog is completely people-oriented and easy to train. They make great pets for people with allergies since they produce low amounts of dander and hair.
The coat of a Cockapoo is long with loose curls that need to be brushed daily. It comes in chocolate, red, black, blue, cream, white and different combinations of multicolor coats such as gold/yellow (bicolor), and brown/chocolate/liver (tricolor).
These outgoing pups get along with everyone they meet and will devote their lives to loving their families. Cockapoos are quite affectionate and enjoy playing with children and other dogs. They are always ready for some belly rubs after some much needed playtime.
